idn45 Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used in this agreement with initial capitals, shall have the meanings assigned below.

To register and maintain an active idn45 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. idn45 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with its responsible gaming policy.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered or attempting to register from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of idn45 or any of its platform technology partners or game studio suppliers.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended idn45 account. Each individual is entitled to hold only one account at any time.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on the idn45 Platform or any affiliated platform.

idn45 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed, without incurring any liability to the affected individual.

To access real-money gaming and sports wagering on idn45, you must complete the account registration process via the idn45 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia (including province and city)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Preferred bank account details or e-wallet identifier (for IDR transactions)

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and not misleading. idn45 relies on the accuracy of registration data for KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and payment processing. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

idn45 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

idn45 is required to verify the identity of all Players before permitting the withdrawal of funds. KYC verification may also be triggered by large deposit amounts, unusual transaction patterns, or any activity that idn45's compliance systems flag for review.

When requested, you must submit clear copies of the following documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or Indonesian driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals on your idn45 account.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 calendar days of the initial request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account until the verification is completed to idn45's satisfaction. Accounts where verification cannot be completed — due to document fraud, inconsistent information, or non-response — will be permanently closed.

All KYC documents submitted to idn45 are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and anti-money-laundering compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your idn45 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account credentials.

idn45 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your idn45 account where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact idn45 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

idn45 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified us that your account has been accessed without your authorization. idn45 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

All deposits to your idn45 account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) using one of the payment methods approved for use on the Platform. Approved deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following terms apply to all deposit transactions on idn45:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by your account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. idn45 will not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as having originated from a third-party account will be reversed and the depositing account will be subject to review.
• idn45 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which idn45 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error — including deposits to an incorrect account number or in excess of your intended amount — must be reported to idn45 support immediately. idn45 will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve such reports but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds transferred in error.
• idn45 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its AML compliance procedures.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your idn45 account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out below. All withdrawals are processed in IDR to the bank account or e-wallet registered on your idn45 account.

• Verification Requirement: You must have completed KYC verification (Clause 4) before your first withdrawal request will be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may also trigger additional verification at idn45's discretion.
• Name Matching: The bank account or e-wallet receiving the withdrawal must be registered in the same legal name as your idn45 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Independence Day, and Nyepi) may experience longer processing times.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.
• Withdrawal Fees: idn45 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawal transactions. Processing fees applied by receiving banks or e-wallet providers are the responsibility of the Player.
• Declined Withdrawals: idn45 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request pending completion of AML checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

idn45 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all idn45 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this restriction through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before their Wagering Requirements are met will be cancelled and removed from the account balance, along with any bonus-derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• idn45 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where it has reason to believe that the promotion is being abused, exploited, or accessed by ineligible Players.
• Seasonal promotions — including Ramadhan offers, Idul Fitri cashback events, and Indonesian Independence Day specials — are subject to their own individual terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is activated.

All games available on the idn45 Platform — including live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles, live blackjack, sports wagering, and virtual sports — are operated in accordance with the rules published within each individual game or product section. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out herein and the specific rules of a particular game or product, the specific game rules will prevail.

All idn45 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game studios and are available within the Platform. idn45 does not modify RTP rates or game outcomes.

For sportsbook wagering, the following additional terms apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.
• idn45 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a published settlement deadline, or where the result is subject to a regulatory investigation.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to be settled as a winner. A single void leg will reduce the accumulator accordingly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server disconnection, software error, or display fault — during any game or wagering session, idn45 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Player account balances will be restored to their pre-malfunction state where technically feasible.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the idn45 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain a competitive or informational advantage over other Players or over the house.
• Colluding with other Players — including sharing hole-card information in live blackjack, coordinating wager placement in live casino games, or sharing login credentials — in any manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or technical glitches to generate profits. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the affected account will be suspended.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your idn45 account.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the idn45 Platform's software, systems, or data.
• Submitting fraudulent KYC documents or providing false information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising the matter with idn45 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and reported to the relevant financial institutions and regulatory bodies.

idn45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where idn45 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players;
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body has instructed idn45 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. idn45 will notify the Player of the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where a breach is confirmed, idn45 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full.

You may close your idn45 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable outstanding amounts. Bonus balances are not refundable upon voluntary account closure.

All content on the idn45 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of idn45 or its licensors (including game studio partners such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without idn45's prior written consent;
• Use idn45's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorized;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use data-mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of idn45's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn45, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if idn45 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

idn45's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the Platform shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your idn45 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

idn45 makes no warranty or representation — express or implied — that:

• The Platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors;
• Any particular game or outcome will be available at any given time;
• Information displayed on the Platform (including odds, statistics, or game outcomes) is error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits idn45's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by idn45's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

idn45 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an idn45 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and — where you have provided your consent — marketing communications. idn45 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

idn45 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered Players, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount you can add to your idn45 account within the specified period.
• Loss Limits: Limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the idn45 Platform, available for any Player who believes their gambling has become problematic.

Where a material change is made, idn45 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players — either by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address — at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the idn45 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact idn45 support to close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

The version of the Terms governing any particular dispute is the version in force at the time the relevant event occurred.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of idn45's international licensing jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

You acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia impose restrictions on certain forms of online gambling activity. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the idn45 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. idn45 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform in breach of applicable local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
